Cancellation:
We have reserved time especially for
you; therefore, we require a 24 hour minimum cancellation notice to
avoid being charged for your services as scheduled.
Gift Cards:
For your gift giving convenience, we
offer refillable gift cards for any dollar amount. Gift cards are
redeemable for goods and services only. No cash or charge refunds
will be given.
Referrals:
For every client you refer, you will get
a $10.00 credit towards any products and services. The more you
refer, the more you get! Ask one of our team members how you can get
started today.
General:
In an effort to provide all of our
guests with an exceptional experience, children are welcome only if
they have an appointment for services.
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes
in advance of your appointment to ensure a relaxing experience and
to fill out any necessary personal information. Arriving late for
your appointment may require us to shorten the length of your
service or reschedule your appointment. Additionally, we will not be
able to offer you a complimentary Sensory Experience.

All of our salon and skincare services
are 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the quality of
your service, please notify us within two weeks of your service and
