THE LOFT NAMED ONE OF TOP 200
FASTEST GROWING SALONS
The Loft Hair Design was
named one of the 200 fastest-growing salons by Salon Today. The
Salon Today 200 award honors salons with the highest increase in
year over year gross sales and who maintained this growth through
2005. The Loft Hair Design is one of only two salons in Southern
California to receive this award and reported an increase in gross
revenue of 37%. "Salon Today 200 owners are the salon industry's
cream of the crop," says Laurel Smoke, editor of Salon Today. "These
owners pursue education, devise creative marketing plans and offer
promotions in order to keep their businesses competitive and
appealing to savvy clients." To celebrate this award, we challenged
the community, our clients and staff to donate 200 inches of hair to
Locks of Love. Congratulations to our team for making The Loft one
of the Top 200 salons in the country.
To celebrate our Salon
Top 200 award, we challenged our clients that had 10 inches of hair
or more to donate their tresses to Locks of Love. Locks of Love is a
non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially
disadvantaged children with long term medical hair loss. "The Loft
200 Charity Challenge" planned on collecting 200 inches of hair to
donate to these children. However, due to the overwhelming response,
we were able to contribute 960 inches of hair, far surpassing our
goal! A big “Thank You” to everyone that helped in this Hair
"Raising" Challenge!
