Danielle Patterson - Master Designer

I began my career at Oceanside College of Beauty and studied there for 11 months.  I became licensed and went on to assist at Collection’s Salon and Day Spa.  While assisting there, I attended advanced haircutting classes.  I also found my passion in formal styling, and up-do’s.  It is a personal favorite of mine because I am able to bring my creative side out.  I moved to The Loft in 2005, where I am a master designer in cutting and coloring and I continue to further my education in both.

Celestina Hagins - Master Designer

When I was a little girl, I was always fascinated by Old Hollywood’s hair, makeup and the glamour of it all. I dreamed of being a part of that “magic” in the movies. Graduating from Cosmetology School was the first step towards that dream. After school, I assisted at Collections Salon and Day Spa. I was trained under the famous hairstylist Phillip Wilson. At Collections, I became involved with the HAI team. Being a part of the HAI artistic team, I participated in video and photo shoots as well as national hair shows. The next step towards my dream has been joining the team at The Loft Hair Design. I look forward to building new relationships and sharing some of that “magic” here.

Alicia Lingenfelter - Master Designer

I started my cosmetology career by attending Palomar Institute of Cosmetology in San Marcos.  After obtaining my license, I went to work assisting at Casa Blanca Salon and Spa in Rancho Santa Fe.  Eager for a more hands on position, I left Casa Blanca for a stylist position at the Haircutters in Oceanside. I joined The Loft’s team in 2006, where I attend advanced cutting and coloring classes.  I am excited that at The Loft, I have the opportunity to enhance my skills and improve myself as a stylist constantly. 

Danielle Kerr - Master Designer

Poway Beauty Academy is where I started my cosmetology career. While receiving my education, I was involved in student competitions such as The Long Beach Hair Dressers Guild and Super Cuts “Night at the Grammy’s.” After obtaining my license, I am excited to be here at The Loft Hair Design. I attend advanced classes in hair coloring and cutting to continue my education. I love the beauty industry and making people feel great!

Kathie Benson- Master Designer

I began in the beauty industry in 2000 as a make-up artist. After working as an artist for 7 years I decided to further my career by attending Palomar Institute of Cosmetology in San Marcos. After obtaining my license, I joined The Loft Team, where I continuously attend advanced cut and color classes. My goal at The Loft is to make a difference in people’s lives, making them feel as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside.

Yvette Perez- Master Designer

My decision to go to Cosmetology school came after several years working as a make-up artist. I was trained and worked for Clinique and later for Laura Mercier Cosmetics. As my love for make-up grew, I felt I was missing something. What is great make-up without great hair? So I enrolled and graduated from Oceanside College of Beauty and I can now offer my clients both! I am so excited to be a part of The Loft team.
