Anna Martin - Director of Operations

As Director of Operations I am committed to and responsible for the overall productivity of the business and the satisfaction of each guest. I joined The Loft Hair Design & Skin Care team in January 2008, bringing with me years of invaluable first-hand experience in the salon & spa industry.

Prior to joining The Loft, I established my career while working both as a business advisor to salon and spa owners as well as the Member Service department manager for the entrepreneurial company, Your Beauty Network. I am passionate about professional and personal growth. I have successfully completed the rigorous Introduction Leaders Program at Landmark Education in 2005 and was honored as one of Cambridge Who’s Who Executives in 2007.

A Cum Laude graduate of South Dakota State University (SDSU) at Brookings, SD, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with a concentration in Business Administration.

I am dedicated to our mission that every guest have the an experience beyond their expectations and I look forward to supporting the Loft Team in achieving that vision.
